These terms govern your purchase and use of REI Agent OS, sold at reiagentos.com by FlipAnywhere.com, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. Buying the product, or using anything in it, means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not buy it and do not use the files.

1. What you are buying

REI Agent OS is a one time purchase of a bundle of digital files: AI coach packages, prompt files, document libraries, contract templates and a Chrome extension. You download them and they are yours to keep. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and nothing switches off if you stop paying, because there is nothing to stop paying.

You are buying a licence to use these materials. You are not buying ownership of them, and no copyright transfers to you.

2. Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to use the materials in one real estate business, which is yours, for as long as you want.

You may

• Use the documents, scripts and contract templates in your own deals, including with your own clients, sellers and buyers.
• Edit and adapt them to fit your market and your business.
• Load the coach files into your own AI account and use them as much as you like.
• Let employees and contractors who work inside your business use them while they work for you.
• Keep local copies. Back them up. Nothing expires.

You may not

• Resell, licence, rent, give away or otherwise distribute the materials, in whole or in part, edited or unedited.
• Include them in a course, coaching program, membership, mastermind, template shop, swipe file or any other product you offer to other people, paid or free.
• Publish them anywhere public, including a website, a Drive folder, a Facebook group, a Discord, a Slack, a forum or a file sharing service.
• Share your access link or your login with anyone outside your business.
• Use them to build a competing product, and that includes feeding them to an AI system for the purpose of training a model or generating a derivative product for sale.
• Remove or alter any copyright or attribution notice in the files.

If you break the licence

We can terminate your licence and your access to the members area, without a refund. Distributing the material publicly also exposes you to a copyright claim, which is a separate matter from these terms. If an access link shows up somewhere it should not, we can invalidate every link issued and reissue to legitimate buyers.

3. Access to the members area

After you buy, you get an access link by email. That link signs you in and stays valid. Keep the receipt email, because that link is how you get back in, and it is how you re-download anything.

If you lose it, email us and we will send another. We aim to keep the members area available indefinitely, but we do not guarantee any particular uptime, and we may move, restructure or retire the site at some future point. This is why the files are plain downloads with no phone home: once you have downloaded them, they work whether this website exists or not. Download everything early.

4. What you need on your side

This product installs into AI tools you supply. You need your own account with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or a comparable assistant, and any subscription cost for that is yours, not ours. We are not affiliated with Anthropic, OpenAI or Google, we do not control their products, and if one of them changes how it works, or raises its price, or stops offering a feature these files rely on, that is outside our control.

The coaches were built and tested against Claude. They work elsewhere, and the setup guide covers the other routes, but Claude is the one we can vouch for.

The zComps Chrome extension installs by hand in developer mode and requires Chrome, Edge or Brave. It works on a third party website that we have no relationship with or control over. That website can change its layout at any time and break the extension. We will fix it when we reasonably can. We cannot promise it will always work, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Zillow in any way.

5. Refunds

The entire product is delivered instantly and in full at the moment you buy. You can download every file within minutes. For that reason all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. Please read the sales page and be sure this is what you want before you buy.

That said, if something is genuinely broken, if a file will not download, if a package is corrupt, or if you never received your access link, email us. We will fix it. A delivery failure is our problem, not yours, and we will not hide behind this section to avoid solving one.

6. Not legal advice

The contracts, addenda, disclosures, assignment documents and novation paperwork in this product are templates and educational examples. They are not legal advice, they do not create an attorney client relationship, and they are not guaranteed to be current, complete or valid in your state.

Real estate law, novation practice, licensing requirements and required disclosures vary from state to state and change over time. Have a real estate attorney licensed in your state review any document before you use it on a real deal. That is not a disclaimer we are hiding behind, it is genuinely how paperwork like this is meant to be used, and thirty minutes with a local attorney is the cheapest protection you can buy on a transaction.

You are responsible for how you use these materials, for your own compliance with the law in your state, and for any licence you may be required to hold.

7. No earnings guarantee

Nothing in this product is a promise, guarantee or projection of income. Any deal figures, case studies or examples shown on the sales page or inside the materials are illustrations of what has happened, not of what will happen for you. Results in real estate depend on your market, your capital, your lead flow, your skill and your effort, and most of that is outside our control and outside our knowledge.

You could make money. You could make nothing. You could lose money on a transaction. Do not buy this expecting a specific financial outcome.

8. Affiliate relationships

Some of the materials recommend third party software or services, and in some cases we earn a commission if you sign up through a link we provide. Where that is the case, it is disclosed at the link. A commission never changes what we recommend, and you are free to go find the same product without using our link.

9. Intellectual property

All materials in REI Agent OS, including the written documents, the scripts, the coach system prompts, the knowledge files and the extension code, are the property of FlipAnywhere.com, LLC or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright. Your licence under section 2 is the whole of what you receive. Everything not granted there is reserved.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The materials are provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the materials are error free, that they will meet your requirements, that the site will be uninterrupted, or that output from an AI tool loaded with these files will be accurate. AI assistants make mistakes. Check the numbers and read the documents before you rely on them.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlipAnywhere.com, LLC and its members, officers and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or for any lost profits, lost deals, lost revenue or lost data, arising out of your use of or inability to use these materials, even if we were told such damages were possible.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of this product will not exceed the amount you actually paid for it.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. Where that is the case, the exclusions and limitations above apply only to the extent that jurisdiction permits.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold FlipAnywhere.com, LLC harmless from any claim, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the materials, your real estate transactions, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your purchase will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. Changes apply going forward, not retroactively to a purchase you already made, except where a change is required by law. Continuing to use the members area after a change means you accept the updated terms.

15. The rest

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force and the unenforceable part is limited to the minimum extent necessary. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about this product, and they replace anything said elsewhere.
