Privacy Policy

REI Agent OS (reiagentos.com) is operated by FlipAnywhere.com, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. This page explains what the site collects, why it collects it, which cookies and advertising pixels run here, who else receives your information, and how to opt out. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.

1. Who we are and how to reach us

We do not operate a customer service phone line. Email and postal mail are the two ways to reach us, and email is far faster.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

• Your name and email address when you buy. The email address is how your access link reaches you, so it is required.
• Billing details that you enter at checkout. These go directly to our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
• Anything you write to us in a support email, including whatever you choose to put in it.

Information collected automatically

• Analytics and advertising data on the public pages of this site: pages viewed, time on page, referring website, the ad or link that brought you, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and whether you went on to buy. Section 4 lists the specific tools.
• Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider: IP address, the time of the request, the page or file requested, your browser and operating system. These are ordinary web server records used for security and for diagnosing problems.
• The members cookie described in section 4.

What we do not collect

• We do not run analytics or advertising tags inside the members area. That part of the site is deliberately clean. We are not building a profile of which files you download or which coach you use.
• We never see what you do with the files after you download them. The coaches run inside your own Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini account, on your own subscription, and nothing in them reports back to us.
• We do not ask for, and have no interest in, your seller data, your deal pipeline or your buyer list.

3. Why we use it

• To deliver what you bought, which means sending your access link and keeping the members area working.
• To answer your support emails.
• To process your payment and keep the records a business is required to keep.
• To measure our advertising. We run ads, and we need to know which ones produce buyers rather than clicks. That is what the analytics and conversion tracking in section 4 are for.
• To show you ads. If you visit this site and do not buy, you may later see our ads on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Search or sites in Google's display network. That is standard remarketing and section 4 explains how to turn it off.
• To keep the site secure and to spot abuse, such as an access link being passed around at scale.
• To email you about the product itself, and about other things we sell, if you have opted in to that. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link and it works.

4. Cookies, pixels and tracking

Two different things are going on here and it is worth keeping them apart.

a. The members cookie, which is strictly necessary

HttpOnly means no JavaScript on the page can read it, including any script an attacker managed to inject. Secure means it is only ever sent over an encrypted connection. Scoped to /members means it is not attached to requests for the public pages at all. Blocking it is your right, and the practical consequence is that the members area will ask for your access link every single time you visit.

b. Analytics and advertising, on the public pages only

The sales page, this page, the terms page and the order confirmation page load Google Tag Manager, which is a container that fires the tools below. The members area does not load any of it.

These tools receive your IP address, the page you are on, the referring page and a randomly generated identifier. When you buy, the order confirmation page tells them that a purchase happened, so the sale can be matched to the ad that produced it.

How to turn this off

• Block the cookies in your browser. Every major browser can block third party cookies, and Safari, Firefox and Brave block most of this by default. Nothing on the site breaks if you do.
• Google Analytics opt-out: install Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
• Google ad personalisation: turn it off at myadcenter.google.com.
• Meta ad personalisation: adjust it in your Facebook or Instagram Ad Preferences.
• Global Privacy Control: we honour the GPC browser signal where it is sent.
• Or use an ad blocker or a privacy focused browser, which will stop all of it at once.

Consent

We do not currently show a cookie consent banner, because this product is sold in the United States and US law does not require one. If you are visiting from the EU or the UK, where consent rules are stricter, we ask that you use one of the opt-out methods above or leave the site, and you can email us to have any data associated with you deleted.

5. Who else handles your information

We use a small number of outside services to run the business. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job, and each one has its own privacy policy governing what it does with that.

Beyond that, we disclose information only when the law requires it, when it is needed to protect our legal rights, or if the business is ever sold or merged, in which case your information would move with it and this policy would continue to apply until you were told otherwise.

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, under California law and some other state privacy laws, running advertising pixels of the kind described in section 4 can count as "sharing" personal information for cross context behavioural advertising. We would rather say that plainly than hide behind a technicality. To opt out, use any of the methods listed in section 4, or email us and we will handle it.

6. How long we keep it

Purchase and tax records are kept for as long as the law requires, which is generally seven years. Your email address stays on our list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Support correspondence is kept while it is useful and then discarded. Server logs roll off on our hosting provider's own schedule, which is measured in days. Analytics and advertising data is retained by Google, Meta and Clicky on their own schedules, which are set in their products and are typically between 90 days and 26 months.

7. Your choices

• Unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link at the bottom of it. That link is always there.
• Opt out of tracking using any of the methods in section 4.
• Ask what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it. We will, except where we are legally required to keep a purchase record. Deleting your email address ends your ability to receive a replacement access link, so we will say so before we do it.
• Clear the cookies at any time in your browser settings.

8. Security

The site runs over HTTPS everywhere. The members area is gated by a signed token, the signing secret lives only in the server environment, and the gate fails closed, meaning a misconfiguration locks the door rather than opening it. The product files sit in private storage and are only served to a request that has already passed the gate. We can invalidate every access link ever issued at once if links start circulating. No system is perfect, and we do not claim otherwise, but the design here deliberately keeps very little worth stealing.

9. Children

This product is sold to adults operating a real estate business. It is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes that affect what we collect or who receives it will also be emailed to buyers. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
